Our Company Structure

Our dedicated staff is passionate about working with kids with autism – and we’ve seen how our therapies have positively impacted lives, parents and families.

Our BCBA consultants oversee a team of case managers and behavior technicians. Our BCBA consultants, along with the input of the parents, create highly specialized in-home ABA programs including language and behavior interventions for each child. They work with our Registed Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on how to best implement the program, going through each of the treatments and working together to provide the highest quality ABA therapy for your child.

Client teams are comprised of a consultant, a case manager when needed and 1-2 behavior technicians. The behavior technician works one-on-one with the child in the home, and the case manager and consultant visit weekly or bi-weekly for observations, consults and team meetings.
