REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT)
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Fox Behavior Group, you will provide ABA principles and techniques under the supervision of a BCBA.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Conducting one-on-one therapy sessions with children with ASD and developmental or language delays in an in-home or school environment.
- Maintaining organized sessions including program materials.
- Keeping materials up to date.
- Maintaining client safety and confidentiality.
- Maintaining professional communication between parents and consultants.
- Supporting clients in meeting treatment plan goals.
- Implementing updated program goals made by the BCBA in a timely manner.
Ideal candidates will:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Fox Behavior Group, you will be responsible for directing client programs. In addition to supervising and mentoring RBTs, you will provide quality therapy and support services to your clients with a high degree of expertise and customer satisfaction.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Writing and updating treatment plans and updating VB-Mapps, AFLS, ABLLS-R, or other assessments for client programs.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of assessment tools, conducting and analyzing functional assessments, and developing appropriate behavior strategies to teach appropriate behavior and reduce maladaptive behaviors.
- Ensuring all RBTs use correct ABA teaching techniques by directing team meetings, clinical training, supervision, constructive feedback, and providing mentorship.
- Always prioritizing the safety and confidentiality of each client and employee.
- Maintaining an open line of communication between parents/caregivers and all team members.
- Always following the BACB Ethics Code.
- Conducting monthly parent/caregiver training to establish and monitor client goals and their progress on established goals.
- Supporting clients in meeting treatment plan goals by assessing the treatment plan criteria every two months and consulting with each client at least 80% of authorized units per insurance treatment plan.
- Communicating changes and program modifications to all team members.
Candidates will:
- Have a master’s degree.
- Be a BCBA, with a BACB certification in good standing.
- Be a strong leader who is ethical and compassionate.
- Have advanced knowledge and experience working with children with autism or language/developmental delays.
- Learn quickly and be adaptive to change.
